IRVINE REGIONAL PARK OFFICE BUILDING (LEED SILVER)
ORANGE COUNTY PARKS | IRVINE, CA
Irvine Regional Park is located in the scenic foothills of East Orange County. It was donated by James Irvine in 1897 and is the oldest County park in California. The park is nestled in a grove of Heritage Oak and Sycamore trees and houses a variety of wildlife and is divided by the Santiago Creek.
The office building is the park system’s first LEED Certified building. An integrative design approach was adapted to ensure that the finished product is a structure that the park system will be proud of for decades to come.
